We are in contact with structural engineers that create drawings and specifications, perform calculations, review the work of other engineers. They also write reports and evaluations, and observe construction sites. Its necessary to make sure everything is built correctly.

PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS
We also pull permits through the city that the project is in. We know the people directly which helps speed up the process. The permit process ensures that minimum safety standards are met and that construction meets local building and zoning requirements.
Once you pay for permits we include walking jobs during inspections to ensure the project passes inspections and are done correctly

PROJECT SCHEDULING
Scheduling a project is important so the contractor and the customer understands deadlines and sets expectations on projects so there is no misunderstanding on what's happening now and what are the next steps.

BUILDING/CONTRACTING
We handle the development of properties and projects through our company. We hand all phases of construction.
